My Story
At the first Anthony Robbins seminar I attended in October 2004, these powerful questions stood out for me: if you could totally redesign your life today, start all over again, what would you do? What would you keep, what would you no longer have, who would you spend time with, and where would you spend your time?
Going through a major health challenge at the time (after the breaking up of my marriage), and due to that having to deal with the loss of my skills, my job, my income and my car, I began to search for an answer to those questions. And something burried deep inside of me came floating to the surface: to travel around the world and never having to go home again…

It took me some time to accept that thought, and in 2006, I decided to jump. For the first time in a long time, I made a conscious choice, not a circumstantial one. A choice for ME. In October of that year I sold my house and most of my belongings. The last night in my house I celebrated with candles around my vision boards, and I danced and I danced…
From that moment on, with movies like the Secret and What the Bleep in my backpack, I create my life the way I want it to be, experimenting as I go along, discovering the most amazing people and circumstances guiding me along, for which I am eternally grateful.
Along the way I found more of who I really am at Osho Tantra workshops. This type of Tantra focuses on experiencing the differences between masculine and feminine energy, and using the body as an instrument to access higher energies. Amongst other things, the meditations have taught me how sensitive I am to these energies, how to deal with them and how to work with my intuitions. Before I practiced tantra, I would get overwhelmed by them.
When I was asked if I wanted to commit to integrate these meditations into my day-to-day life in December 2007, I did not hesitate, I followed my heart and accepted. During a beautiful ritual I received my name: Cheta Urmila. Since then I have been studying the teachings of Osho and I am more and more intrigued by them.
Gradually I grew away from my old life and left my old self behind. ´Rita´ was in charge of the first chapter of my life. I am very grateful for everything I learned during that time. A lot of it I use on a regular basis to help me move forward.
Cheta Urmila is the name that suits the person that I have become through the transformation over the past few years. Funny enough it actually means Dancing Wave of Consciousness….I started dancing again the day I sold my house…and I am dancing still!
During my time at the Tony seminars I met an abundance of interesting people, many of which have become my friends. Amongst them is Graham, who is just the most amazing man. Since last September we are in a committed, tantric relationship and in December 2008 he packed up his stuff and joined me on the road. What a gift… and all because of my decision to get up and go…
…..turned another corner and we never would have met….
This is the prayer I live my life by:
Thank you Thanks you Thank you
Pure wealth circulates in my life
It flows to me in avalanches of abundance
All my needs, goals and desires are met instantaneously by Infinite Intelligence
I give thanks for all the good I have in my life now,
And for all of these riches,
For I am one with You and You are Everything
I am so grateful, I am so blessed, thank you
ChetaLive starts out mid 2009 with my friends and family in mind, providing them with a place to read up on where I am and what I am up to, while I paint the canvas of my life, one stroke at a time.
I look forward to celebrating life with you, whenever we meet.
Bula, Cheta

Hi Beautiful, keep painting the canvas of your life and make it even more beautiful. xxx
Cheta, you are an amazing, inspirational, beautiful soul. I can feel your joy and love from your website. Thanks for sharing. I hope to see you at an upcoming TR event, and in the meantime, keep spreading your love around the world!
Love, Linda
Hi. That’s a terrific story. I hope to catch up with you in person again sometime.
Thank you for being part of our lives – Marie Dave & Katie
Hi Cheta,
Great to see your new website. You are a beautiful example of how people are prisoned in their own life and culture AND more important are (still) able to break out and live the life of their dreams.
As soon as we realise that we have all we need inside and will receive whatever we need when we need it by giving ourselves and our love to the world and the people, we start real life.
All the best, speak to you soon!
Stefan

Hello Cheta
It is really great to discover this blog. Such a dull word for the painting of your life now. I remember yu clearly for your femininity. Learning that Graham is with you too is a bonus – I’ve not done Tony crewing for a few months now and now understand about living in the Now
